Clearly, the film is a powerful and dramatic realization of how these children live. Their right to live in a safe, nurturing and loving environment appears unattainable. Sadly, their innocence has been lost for the sake of their survival. With thousands of children living in the streets and over 79% of the population living in poverty, where would one begin to change an almost hopeless situation? Casa Alianza can be that glimer of hope. With the support of donations from those who care it is a step toward making a change.
